How does one invest in private biotech companies? E.g. Crispr-cas space
Does anyone have information on how an accredited investor can invest in private biotechs? As an example, if I want to get in pre IPO of companies like mammoth, caribou, or scribe (all in the Crispr space), where do I even start? A friend and I want to start pooling some money (6 digits) into private companies.
CAS Latency change from CL16 to CL17 on G.Skill Royal RAM
Hi, I own this KIT of memory. F4-3600C16Q-64GTRS Trident Z Royal DDR4-3600MHz CL16-16-16-36 1.35V 64GB (4x16GB) - Using Samsung Chips Using with ASUS Maximus XI Extreme Z390 + i9-9900KS. If I enable XMP profile, the system is trying to boot, but after some minutes, the BIOS show me, that is in safe mode and unable to boot with this XMP profile.. So I enter Bios, disable XMP , save settings and everything is in order. The original timing is CL16-16-16-36 and it is not working, system will not boot to system and after few attempts go to Safe mode. When i SET - CL17-17-17-37 the system is working, Frequency remains the same - 3600MHz. My Question is.. This KIT o G.Skill Royal is not approved in QVL. Is changing latency from CL16-16-16-36 to my stable CL17-17-17-37 safe? I just want to be 100% sure that nothing will happen. Next add is, that i was performed some gaming, benchmarks and system is fully stable. Thank you all.

Do people buy a specific brand of ram because it looks better, or do people care more about the performance? I like the CAS latency of the G. Skill ram but I personally think the Crucial Ballistix ram looks better. AMD says that the best speed for Zen 3 is 4000mhz. I plan on buying a Ryzen 9 5900x.
